When you enroll in PinPoint Rewards, we collect the following information:

First and last name
Email address
Phone number
Street address, city, state, and ZIP code
Birth month (optional)
Gender (optional)

When you use the PinPoint app or website, we also collect usage data such as which screens you visit and actions you take in the app. This data is used solely for improving the PinPoint experience.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to operate the PinPoint Rewards program:

To create and manage your member account
To track points and issue rewards at participating merchants
To send you program-related communications (point updates, reward notifications)
To provide birthday and anniversary rewards
To respond to your support requests

We do not use your information for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with any third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How We Protect Your Information

All data transmitted between the PinPoint app/website and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/SSL. Your account information is stored in secured systems with restricted access.

Third-Party Services

The PinPoint app uses the following third-party services, which may receive limited data on our behalf:

Firebase Analytics (Google) — collects screen view and event data to help us understand how the app is used. Data is linked to your customer ID.
Firebase Crashlytics (Google) — collects crash reports and error logs to help us fix bugs. Data is linked to your customer ID.

Neither service is connected to Google's advertising network. Your data is not used to serve you ads on other apps or websites.

Email Communications

PinPoint only sends permission-based emails to members. You may opt out of non-transactional messages at any time by emailing info@pinpointrewards.com. Note that opting out may mean you miss notifications about rewards and program updates.

Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your PinPoint account and associated data at any time from within the PinPoint app (Profile → Delete Account) or by emailing info@pinpointrewards.com.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of PinPoint Rewards after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
