Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in or using PinPoint Rewards, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not enroll or use the program. PinPoint Rewards is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("PinPoint," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 3435 S. 161st Cir, Omaha, NE 68130.

Program Description

PinPoint Rewards is a loyalty program that allows eligible members to earn points at participating merchant locations and redeem those points for rewards. Participation is free. The program is offered at our sole discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Eligibility

To enroll in PinPoint Rewards you must:

Be 16 years of age or older
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Have a valid email address
Reside in the United States

One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to accumulate points is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all points and termination of all accounts.

Earning Points

Points are awarded for qualifying purchases at participating merchant locations. Point values, qualifying purchase thresholds, and participating locations are subject to change without notice. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the program.

PinPoint reserves the right to correct point balances at any time if a technical error or fraud is detected.

Redeeming Rewards

Points may be redeemed for rewards as described in the app. Rewards are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or substituted at any time. Redeemed points are non-refundable. PinPoint is not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired rewards.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@pinpointrewards.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the PinPoint app (Profile → Delete Account). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we determine, in our sole discretion, has engaged in fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms. Upon termination, all accumulated points are forfeited.

Program Changes

We may modify these terms, the point structure, participating merchants, or any aspect of the program at any time. We will post changes on this page with an updated date. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

PinPoint Rewards is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app or website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PinPoint and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the value of any rewards you had in your account at the time of the claim.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the PinPoint Rewards program will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court, except that either party may seek relief in small claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdiction. By agreeing to these terms, you waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit. Arbitration will be conducted in Douglas County, Nebraska.

Note: This arbitration clause should be reviewed by an attorney before the ToS goes live.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
