How PinPoint Rewards Works

Enroll for Free
Membership in PinPoint Rewards is completely free — no credit card required, no monthly fees, no catches.
You can enroll right here on the website or download the free PinPoint app on iOS or Android. Setup takes less than 5 minutes and your card is available instantly.
Once enrolled, you'll receive a verification email. After verifying, you can log in and access your card, points, and rewards immediately.
Earn Points at Local Merchants
Show your PinPoint card or app at checkout at any participating merchant. You earn one or more points for every dollar spent.
Points cannot be earned on tax, gratuity, discounts, or complimentary offers.
Gift card purchases also earn points.
If you forget your card, points cannot be applied after the fact — so make sure to show it at checkout.
Points are valid for 24 months from the date they are earned.
Earn and Redeem Rewards
Rewards are automatically loaded to your PinPoint account — you don't need to do anything to trigger them. Simply check your account and present your card at checkout to redeem.
Types of Rewards
Welcome Reward
Valid for 12 monthsAutomatically loaded after you complete enrollment and the merchant activates it. A great introduction to the program.
Payback Reward
Valid for 3 monthsLoaded automatically when your accumulated points at a merchant reach their reward threshold. These load within 24–48 hours and must be presented at checkout — they don't apply automatically.
Birthday Reward
Expires at end of birth monthA special bonus loaded to your account during your birth month. You must have visited the merchant at least once before your birthday month to be eligible.
Anniversary Reward
Expires at end of anniversary monthCelebrates your enrollment anniversary. You must have visited the merchant at least once before your anniversary month to be eligible.
Discount
Varies by merchantSome merchants offer a standing discount to PinPoint members. Check the merchant's detail page for availability.
Household Accounts
Two members of the same household can combine their points into a single account. Please note that once accounts are combined, they cannot be separated. Contact us to set this up.
